Cuddlebugs Junior Campers
Our Junior Campers spend the summer learning. All the children in the Infant, Toddler, Twos, and Preschool classes get a chance to learn about fun topics that are not part of our regular curriculum. We have traveled around the world, explored different locations using our senses, and investigated all different types of animals. There is never a dull moment!

On top of the wonderful activities that your child’s teacher will plan with our monthly themes we will have special activities each day. Below is a description of the activity planned for each day. Please remember it is critical that your child wear comfortable shoes for running, jumping, and walking (tennis shoes/sneakers). On Water Day, we ask that your child has water shoes with straps so that they stay on. Flip flops can cause ankle and foot injuries.
Monday- Storytime w/Ms. Nicole or Ms. Sara
Ms. Ruth (from the library) will continue to visit and bring fun stories to share with the children every week and will be reading some stories that relate to our monthly themes. When Ms. Ruth is not available to visit, Ms. Sara will fill in!
Tuesday- Sing-along w/Ms. Randi
The children will sing songs related to the monthly theme and other fun camp songs!
Wednesday- Water Day
Bring your child to school in his/her bathing suit so we can go outside and run in the sprinklers! Don’t forget to wear sunscreen and send in a towel with a change of clothes!
Thursday- Healthy Snacks or Creative Movement w/Ms. Sandy
Ms. Sandy will be providing healthy cooking projects and snacks based on our monthly themes or we will have a fun creative movement activity related to our theme.
Friday- Big Friday
Each week there will be a planned activity that relates to our theme. During each month, we plan on having a movie, a special visitor, and other fun activities that relate to our themes.
